"Simple stay for Christmas holidays, room was clean, breakfast included was fresh and varied. French pastries and bread very fresh and of good quality. Ham, cheese, salami, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, etc.. also on offer. Very welcoming and helpful staff. "

"Sign says English spoken- not so much. Breakfast was almost always the same , how about bacon or ham instead of little hot dogs Scrambled eggs appear to be powered and runny"

I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. Thank you for letting me have a splendid day at your hotel even though it was only one night next time I will definitely come here."

"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "Brilliant property right by the beach. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. Easy parking and pet friendly. Room was fantastic. "

"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"
