"The pool was great! My daughter and her friends had a blast. Staff was helpful, my request for connecting rooms was granted. Service at the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately our room had a very strong chemical cleaner smell which was pretty awful. I would have changed rooms but the connecting room was fine and my daughter and friends had already settled in. "

"all is pretty great so far, but as someone with a mobility-related disability (but no wheelchair), I noticed this facility requires quite a lot of walking in order to get from the parking to the entrance to the elevator that takes you to the front desk. It’s also another very long hike from my accessible room to the pool/spa area. I wish there were an easier way to arrive and get around; if there is, it wasn’t offered or advertised. But otherwise everything is totally lovely and serene. "
