"We stayed in room 127 which had a separate lounge with sofa bed, most of the view was the carpark but really lovely room, clean and spacious. The breakfast was buffet full english which was good, the lady serving gave great customer service, friendly, efficient and constantly seeing to guests. The swimming pool was very busy with lots of families with young children, this means the spa section is not very relaxing but it was in the school holidays. "Our stay was fantastic. Our room was great, very clean and we had water, biscuits and tea and coffee. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the food and drinks were very good. We definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again this Friday, 27th December on our way back home from staying with our daughter."
