"Modern hotel with North American size rooms and beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walking distance to many sites in the old town. Be prepared though, coming back is all uphill. Awesome light show every night."

"I booked two rooms for the five of us (five friends). The rooms were clean and nice, and the location is great! 15 mins Uber ride to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Since our flight was late, they allowed us to stay past checkout and use one of the rooms, which was very convenient. The sky bar was really nice but a bit expensive! Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would highly recommend!"

"Perfect location if you want to avoid the noise of the old town. 2 mins walk to Pombal metro station which is on 2 lines and 2 stops from the action. The pool may be small but it is open in winter (which many hotel pools aren’t) and is great for a dip after a busy day sightseeing. "

"We loved our stay at LWH. The staff were all welcoming and only too happy to help with anything. The location was great. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping, metro etc. it is small but has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a little small and a door on the shower would have been preferred. Would definitely stay at LWH again if visiting Lisbon. "
