「Overall 1 of the best places i've stayed at in a long time. This resort has everything on site so there is really no need to leave - which is a huge plus to me. Food amazing. Drinks amazing. And if you do leave the property there are shopping and dining options that are very convenient. 」

「Gorgeous landscaping amid twisting, spanish moss dripping live osks, the Effie was outstandibgly welcoming. The staff was remarkably friendly and aimed to please in every situation from arrival each time we left the sight to our final departure, we felt like family. The Baytown Wharf had much to offer from live music to a plethora of restaurant chouces and shopping just a short walk from Effie Hotel. The shuttle service to and from the beach was fantastic as no long waits were necessary. ...

「Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch.」
