“The high level of electronic access required was kind of overwhelming for our group of 8. Would have helped if we all had been placed on the same floor since I made all 4 room reservations at the same time. Also valet parking is a challenge w/minimal staffing. Better off to self park right across the street for less $.”

“I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?”

“They have thought of everything. Easy access instructions, parking is amazing, you are inside away from the elements or risk of theft or damage. They communicate every detail. The property was spotless, I even walked around in white socks and they are still clean. Every amenity has been taken care of to make it feel like home away from home. ”
