「the price is relative higher~~compare to the surrounding hotel which provide similar quality! i thin it's about 20 dollors more than average price in the area. the staff is kind~~but~~not very friendly~~but this may due to i don't speak spanish!」

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」

「Fantastic place is every way. Well managed. Beautifully decorated. Great attention to detail. I enjoyed the morning included breakfast, the candles in the public areas in the evening and the real fireplace with wood in the room, lit by the staff in the evening. Amazing all around. 」

「Beautiful property, nice fan in room, wonderful breakfast. Great location and walking distance. I did have to reach out more than once to confirm coordination for airport pickup, and ultimately had to communicate with the driver myself for flight information etc, which was frustrating, but it all worked out fine. 」

「Service was great. The room was very nice. There are restaurants on the property but we did not try them. We did however try the black margarita which was excellent. My one criticism of the room would be the bathroom where the toilet is. It’s just a clear glass door with no privacy, it would be an easy fix to just place a privacy white tint in the glass. All in all a great experience. 」
