"A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We cannot fault this hotel and would absolutely book again! "

"We had an amazing time and used this as two days of relaxing in the middle of our 1.5 minth trip. It was our first time at an onsen (we are Canadian) and it was a great introduction as there was both private and public onsens. The view was incredible, of the mountains and valley and we got to sit in a private outdoors onsen while watching a lighting storm. Truely magical. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. They were friendly and helpful and we communicated well through translator apps....

"We were the only foreigners here, which was fun. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with us, even after we missed our dinner reservation. The dinner and breakfast we did have here was AMAZING. For dinner our kids’ meals were already on the table when we were seated and it comprised of maybe ten or more different things, including soup, sushi, fried chicken, hamburger meat, ketchup spaghetti, and crab mac and cheese.
