"A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. "The hotel is one of the beautiful hotel in center of Sendai city. Many Europe style objects make you feel to stay in out side of Japan. They have connecting room, so they provided the room for our family, @ adults and two teenager. The kid of service is very rare nowadays, so we really appreciate their kindness. We love to stay the hotel again. Sure, their food quality is wonderful. Please order your breakfast and book their Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel. "

"Property is high up a mountain secluded. I did not get the chance to explore the area so I'm not sure if there's other options in, but our option was thru a taxi. Definitely would have to drive up to get up there. The facilities had a fantastic view. The hotel also had a spacious onsen, very well equipped. "Location - there is a pick up service from jr nakuro onsen station. You need to notify the hotel in advance for the pick up service. Staff- they are very nice. I got off at the wrong jr station. The next train will be an hour later but the hotel staff was already at the station waiting for me. I was very lucky to get some assistance from a local gentleman. He called the hotel and the hotel staff drive to my station and picked me up. I also asked the reception about the transport to naruko...
