"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. My only criticism is that the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people in the room next to you, as well as guests outside the hotel, and hear their entire conversation. We could also hear the music from the courtyard start up early. So if you want to sleep in, bring ear plugs. "

Valet service was amazingly efficient.an overall great hotel, the only reason i gave an averagefor service is because the breakfast and happy hour were poorly manned. The breakfast layout was odd and scattered and there were long lines for each station. Although they have a lot of stuff out for their guests, it is very difficult to grab stuff due to the long lines and the wait."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 10 years because of the closeness and convenience to BJH. It’s always clean and comfortable. I really miss the days when it wasn’t operated by Hilton, however, because there were no added charges for parking or breakfast. Coffee, juice, popcorn and fruit were available always in the lobby. They always before offered a discount for patients of the hospital, also. Still, I give them a good review for cleanliness, comfort and quietness. "
