"It is a traditional hotel and situated next to the River Thames. Rooms were adequate with underfloor heating in the well equipped bathroom. We were on Floor 8 and the walk to the room from the lobby was over 5 minutes even if the slow lifts were available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to Underground and other transport links. Good buffet breakfast."

"Very convenient to the tube and the local restaurants. Quiet at night. Housekeeping was great and rooms were sorted well. Thank you for a good stay. PS-regardless of your status with Expedia or Radisson, early check in only happens when you pay for early check in. Wish it was different. I got to the hotel before 9am (and I emailed about this) but did not get a room til the evening. They were not sold out! Staff was super nice and did not promise anything. I am sure this is a daily...
