"The best hotel I ever stayed!"

"格式張った感じはしませんが、快適に過ごせました。大浴場も客室も清潔で必要な物は揃っていたと思います。 客室の窓には障子があり、遮光カーテンはありませんでしたが、窓とベッドの間にブラインドが下ろせるようにしてあったため、眩しい等の問題はなかったです。 ビュッフェスタイルの食事は、品数が豊富で素材が良く、どれを食べても美味しかったです。夕食時にはアルコール類も追加料金不要で提供され、スウィーツ系デザートも種類が豊富でした。また、朝食のフレンチトーストも美味しかったです。"

"Clean. Rooms aren't too small like some business hotels. They will check you in when rooms are available, unlike Toyoku hotel across the street that won't check you in until 1600, Breakfast is fine"

"The place is showing its age and looks a bit rundown. However we did enjoy the breakfast in the morning and the staff were nice."

"A fine property. A bit of a walk to the hotel. Most small shops are a walk - Matsuyas was like 5 or so blocks? McDonald's is 1 block. Family Mart is like 4 blocks. The lobby had a small assortment of drinks and candy or chips. "

Amenities and facilities were good. Our room's view was awesome, overlooking the sea. Overall, was a truly positive experience and would love to return to Sakuraya if we ever came back to Miyajima! "This is a good hotel chain. The staff are friendly, and everything works. The rooms are not large, but adequate. At this location there is a nice family hot spring spa right next store, for which the hotel sells discount tickets. I recommend it."

"The staff while very pleasant are not well trained. We asked them a few questions about popular places in the city but they had no knowledge of the areas. This hotel is for business people and they appear to have few English speaking tourists. The staff was eager to assist but for the most part are young and inexperienced."
