"I ended up loving this hotel - despite a first impression that made me think I’d regret booking here. We arrived on Saturday evening and it was SO crowded. Getting an elevator was impossible, everything was completely packed. We had to take an elevator down to the lowest parking garage floor to be able to ride back up to our room.
