"Due to a flight delay I lost my connection and the next flight that was arranged for me was early the next day so Moxy was perfect. I crossed the road and booked this cozy hotel. ( it is also very close to the S bahn) Loved the airport inspired decoration the lobby was welcoming, staff at check in was amazing and friendly. Bedroom was perfect, size and comfort. "The staff are always so helpful and friendly, especially the reception and shuttle bus staff. We had a dirty hand towel in our bathroom and the service at our evening meal was not great. We have stayed here 3 times now and these were the first issues. Disappointed that the room service menu options have been reduced since our last stay. The area is a mix of development ground and housing. Nothing really near by."

"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"It's a colourful hotel, situated by the river, only about a 10 minutes walk from the city center. We had a generally pleasant stay, we were even able to watch the Euro 24 final on the rooftop bar. We stayed in room 135 on the ground floor with a view towards a back street so not memorable. The room was clean and spatious. "They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

"Stayed for the Euros as close to Cologne. Very simple hotel but everything works. WiFi was ok. They did forget to clean our room but the staff were good and gave us a free breakfast. Would recommend only staying for a night or 2. "
