“Загалом цілком задоволені - швидке заселення, номер-люкс достатній для сім'ї з 3х людей, смачні сніданки і смачна та недорога кухня, щоб обідати-вечеряти. Коли дощ і холодно - сауна з басейном рятують від нудьги.”

“I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. ”

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. The heavy curtains were closed, chairs were placed at either end to hold them, and the bottom of the……

“The hotel is almost impossible to find, and Google Maps won’t get you there. You can see it on the hill, but you can’t figurr out how to get to it. It’s off a narrow gravel road that looks almost like a walking path. Lots of construction nearby. Once you find it, the hotel is beautiful. The food was excellent. The spa is small but nicely-appointed. I was disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi area was inside with the saunas, because there were so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that it was too……

“Staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. We were kept waiting after a long drive because of confusion on the reservation.In all a good stay.”

“Place is great right on hill top, great view to the slopes and very cheap on the price. Staff was very friendly and fast. Walking distance pretty much to everything but no need to walk taxi on site and very cheap. Even if you wanna grab something to eat you can do it right at the hotel, price is good and very good food compared to other places in Bukovel. I recommend this place to every one. ”

“З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері……
