"The location of the property is quite good as access to get in and out of the downtown core was easy. The hotel staff were very friendly (although short staffed in the food service area) and helpful. The hotel just needs some updates (the bathroom plumbing, dated carpet in room). The unhoused problem near the hotel made things seem a bit unsafe (lots of open drug use) Might stay again next time in Seattle."

The bathroom is also huge, but the door doesn't really seal because it's a barn door. A vent in the bathroom would be so much better. Overall, a decent stay in a convenient location. "

"Great location/clean room near all places and walkable to pike place. Very quiet room with coffee maker. The bell man was so nice and bring all my luggage’s to my room. He was very polite. The front desk gentle was nice, but chatting to other staff & I did not feel he wanted to help me so much when I asked about the recommendations of the restaurant. I just wish i could feel taken care of a little more. "
