"I had a comfotable stay at Westin Hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful. My room met my expectations for the most part. My room was soacious and clean. However, the pillows were too fluffy for my taste, there was a constant low buzzing in my room, and it took a while for the hot water to heat, but overall it is a nice hotel. I appreciated how insulated the walls were so it was very quiet. The holiday decor is lovely. The airport shuttle is much appreciated. "

"Worst room service ever. Ordered from the late night menus on our first night and it looked like they dropped out food. The wing order had only five wings. And the club sandwich was in pieces. The second night they were out of lots of things even though we ordered at 7:30. My cheeseburger had been microwaved and was inedible. We say the same food at the bar and it looked amazing. So disappointing. "
