“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“Very clean, great staff, great location. However, over priced for what you get. The VIP experience is a gimmick, the premier room you pay for doesn’t even have a microwave, to say the least. Its really a standard hotel room that you can book at a motel with a great view. The room was absolutely not worth the cost. ”

“The home feel has defiantly changed since it is now owned by the Marriott. Overall room was decent, the sliding bathroom door literally fell off the hinges. Thankfully my husbands was able to help me as I was blocked in the restroom. Beds and towels were clean. The staff AM staff are kind, the PM staff not so much. PM Vallet were great! No breakfast options which I think there should be since it is now "Marriott", the pet fee and parking also needs attention extremely high fees. ”
