"The bathroom needs cleaning. There are black mold on the bathroom tiles. During our stay of 3 nights, we only have hot water shower the first night. The location is good and close to the beach, but that is the only good thing about this place."

"Wow, wow, wow… Our experience here was nothing short of perfection. The hotel itself is gorgeous, private and has every amenity you might need. The location is perfect, far enough from town, but not so far that you are out of reach. The hotel is close to the tourist shuttle bus stop and you can easily get around without a car or scooter. "You will need a car to stay here, as it is a little ways to any of the Kenting attractions. Google Maps had a problem finding this place -- the location shown was almost correct, but it took us to a small dead-end street on the backside of the BnB/hotel, which did not get us there. The place itself is very nice, clean, new and quiet. Breakfast is not a buffet - you have the choice of a congee meal or a breakfast sandwich (at least when we were there). The owners are very nice. "We found this place purely by its location - a quieter part at the southern tip of Kenting. The place is nicely done with a roof top balcony (one can get access to 24 hours with free tea and coffee facilities) with a pool and amazing view to the sea. We stayed in a beautiful room with great sea view too. The lady who was dealing with us is very friendly and helpful. Knowing that we have travelled for while, she let us used their laundary facility so that we can refresh our stock. "
