"Excellent place"

"Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays is a great destination. Sea Star apartments have fantastic views. But the property itself is pretty basic and the interiors are quite dated. While it is listed (e.g. on Google Maps) as a 4 star hotel, it is in fact a set of apartments with few of the amenities that one would expect in a hotel. If you have a car and are used to self catering, it’s fine. But without a car, you have to rely on taxis from the center of town. Walking down the steep hill is no problem,...

"The property is very nice and the view from the room is amazing. Staff are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is also very good. There is a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the main area in Airlie beach which is very convenient. We would stay here again."

"Nice, spacious apartments with large balconies and pool area as well as a lovely view on the ocean side. The apartments were mostly clean but there was dust collected on photos and some furniture. Not walking distance to town but no big deal if you have a car. "

"We really enjoyed our 7 nights at Harbour Cove. Jaimie was super nice to work with and his response to our queries were quick. We enjoy eating at home, however the crockery & cutlery amounts meant we couldn’t use the dishwasher, due to not enough utensils. Apart from that we still gave 10/10 rating. "
