"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. "Great Location. Great Bath. Nice cafe and really great breakfast buffet for the price. I really enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin room. For a cheap price you get what feels like a room to yourself. This is Fourth hostel/capsule hotel in Sapporo and easily the best one I have stayed at."

"Staff is helpful when asking for information like where to get money exchange, haircut and so forth. The bathroom is clean and good shampoo. Really like the Japanese style bath tub, much more deeper than Western style. "

"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "
