"Hotel was a little difficult to navigate due to the disjointed layout (i.e. check in on 11th floor and then you have to switch to another elevator. I know this does not seem so difficult. But, I am disabled and on 24hr oxygen. The walk was horrible. But, Kaye and Josh were my angels. Room service SUCKS!"

"Located just steps from the Quarter but far enough away that you don't deal with the crazy late night of the quarter; but located on Canal where it can just as crazy as the quarter. Busy weekend in NOLA (Bayou Classic) for our visit, the lobby was crowded and the music was WAY TOO loud in the open lobby bar on Friday. It was hard to hear anything the front desk told you when checking in. Other than that I would still recommend this location"

I know it was probably something they had no control over but, I wish they would have communicated better with us (as guests) as to what was going on. They texted all throughout our stay making sure we didn’t need anything (which was nice) but, I think it would be beneficial to use that texting system when problems arise such as this. "
