"Great location, tidy handsome room, with updated urbane decor. Three keys to a great room are 1-immaculate 2-excellent linens 3-a good bed. This hotel hits them all. As a coffee junky, can confirm that there are two excellent coffee houses nearby. One is a block down from the hotel on 14thNW (you can see it from the door!) and a Starbucks about two blocks West.
