"We had an amazing stay at ACHAT München Sud! Room was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. The bar area is fun during the evenings. It’s in a quiet residential area. But the train station is only a 5 minute walk. "

"It is a bit unfair to label all of the staff as poor. The front desk staff was excellent in every aspect. It was the incredibly poor service in the restaurant that earned the poor rating. Rarely have I ever seen a server act so terribly. The waitress was slow in taking the order, brought out food only after being asked, then didn’t bring all of it. Once we caught her attention, she said she would bring out the remaining food, but it still took her over 20 minutes to do it. She was rude the...

"Staff were helpful (in English) giving advice on navigating local buses to get to trains etc which was valuable given we’d never been in Munich before. Room was just as advertised - no problems to speak of. "

"Let me start with the staff...they were knowledgeable in aii Factes, and answered all our questions. The hotel beautiful and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only Critique, Is that the shower is not a walk-in (At least in the room that I had) and the glass wall only covered half of the tub. Just a matter of preference on my part.
