However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「Loved the Hilton. The property is well maintained and the hotel itself is spotless. The room was clean, sheets were fresh. Cleaning service does a great job. Utilized the laundry service and was very happy with them. We extended our stay by two days and the service we received at the front desk was fantastic. 「This hotel was perfect for our 3 days there. While some may not prefer to walk, we enjoyed walking to the French quarters, the Garden district and Magazine St. Also, there is shopping and restaurants close by.」
