"Stayed at Freycinet Panorama for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago with my elderly parents. They had the master bedroom and were very pleased with their comfortable bed, however, I tried out both of the other two double beds and they were extremely hard. I ended up having to put blankets under the sheets on the second night in order to get a good night's sleep. A good mattress topper would probably fix the problem. "There are fantastic cabins in an area that hasn't got a lot of quality cabins to offer. The hosts were lovely, and gave us some great travel advice about our next leg of the trip. The place was clean,very comfortable, and warm when it was cold, and cool when it was warm (it's Tasmania, we had all weather in our short stay). Highly recommend"

"A beautiful, quiet, environmentally respectful little haven, with superb views and lots of native wildlife. Don't expect mod-cons, but go prepared to enjoy off-grid living, in a comfortable little cabin with everything you need (kitchen, wood fire, comfy bed, spacious deck for eagle, earth and star watching). Although the checkin is contactless, the owner is in contact via email with warm, personal messages, is responsive and helpful if required. Thanks so much Peter! We loved it."

"On first appearance it seems like they are upgrading the front of the motel. I believe it was very messy when they bought it and it is still a work in progress. The rooms are immaculate. The view took me straight to our private balcony. Absolutely stunning view straight across the lake to the sea. I’d heard some people caught a kg of prawns in the lake in front of us the day before. The King size bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on in our whole trip. Extras pillows if we wanted....
