"I asked them for an early morning wake-up call and to book a taxi they forgot to do both! I was very lucky not to miss my flight! If they can’t do simple things like this they shouldn’t be a hotel!"

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "
