“Everything was wonderful but the house keeping. When asked for service they did a very poor job. They didn’t change the sheets and didn’t replace all of the towels. They also left food service trays in the hallway for two days. The rest of the staff was very nice and the pool and live music was great! Just wish the cleaning staff did a better job.”

“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“A big highlight was the buffet. After we tried unsatisfactorily to book any of the restaurants in the hotel, we decided that we would give a shot to the buffet. It was our best decision. We cannot speak for the quality of the restaurants (the one you need appointment in advance). The variety of the food; fresh ingredients; flavory; tasty; clean; well served; and most importantly, the friendliness of the employees, make the buffet an option that we highly recommend. No regrets at all. 10 points……

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, loved the shuttles that pick you up and take you where you want to go whenever you call. The food was very good. We had the all inclusive plan however it was very awkward needing to sign a bill/receipt every time we got a drink or dined out. Unlike other resorts, we couldn't order a bottle of wine, taking food back to the room was an issue however some staffed provided a box if we couldn't finish our food. Staff were over all……
