"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My entire family was very happy with the accommodations and the staff overall was very genuine and friendly. The only thing I hate is when you get the bill and have the extra charges. This one called it an amenity fee, others call them resort fees or similar. I just wish hotels would be upfront on their pricing and not hide it with these fees after you check in. That's always annoying and being brought to the attention of lawmakers and changing in states...

"The room was tiny with a view of a parking lot, however the bed was comfortable. Fyi, there is no microwave in the room. The location was decent, close to a lot of bars and eateries, but for the price we felt the stay was lacking. We were a bit dissappinted there was no valet parking available; seems if you offer it for your guests, there should be enough parking for every guest. The onsite restaurant was the best thing about this stay and had amazing coffee and made to order options. "

"Great stay. Wonderful location downtown 7 mins walk from Broadway. Awesome rooftop bar, relaxed atmosphere throughout, excellent housekeeping. Starbucks in house which is amazing! Restaurant downstairs doesn't have much atmosphere, probably as its Nashville and most people don't eat in their hotels but go elsewhere. Gym space a bit limited if more than 4 people. Otherwise an amazing hotel. We will stay there often!"
