"The clerk was very nice they gave our children two stuffed bulls when we checked in. That made their day . The room was nice but needed some more cleaning also the conditioner was out but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The parking was right behind the hotel and an easy walk to the lobby entrance which was what we were looking for ! "

"The area the hotel is located is nice...shopping, great restaurants and you can easily get to downtown or 610. My only negative is the hotel is currently under renovation, and I wasn't aware of that prior to booking, so none of the hotel amenities were accessible. Luckily, we only had one night booked or this would have been a very disappointing stay."

"It was ok. A little disappointed on how loud other customers were during the late hours. Also, disappointed that their restaurant was under staffed. Our karate team went there for an event and when we asked for a table for 30, they said NO, because they didn't have the staff to support a table for 30. If you're hosting an event, the hotel should be staff properly. "
