"Nishitetsu Grand is a bit dated in terms of design. But it shines in other areas. Clean, relatively spacious rooms (standard twin rooms) and in a convenient location. Happy to return here when I'm back in Fukuoka."

"It has some wow factors such as the lobby/cafe with lots of books and the bustling and hip neighborhood. The coffee at the cafe is good and the price is Y495. It is fairly cheap for the quality and the ambience. The neighborhood is fun to explore. The downside is, it has very small rooms. I stayed in a twin room with my wife, and it was the one of the smallest, if not ‘the’ smallest, rooms I ever stayed in. I don’t recommend it for those with large carriers.
