"4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price."

"The property is aging, but it's kept in immaculate condition by true Japanese standards. My room was spacious with a huge, comfortable queen bed and a big bathroom. The only downside was the shower. It's a bit complicated to figure out how to regulate the temperature. It kept alternating from scalding to freezing until I found the sweet spot. Definitely needs updating. The other inconvenience was accessing Netflix. The concierge had to send someone to my room twice to set it up, basically once...

"The room was rather small and for three people which we had very small, no real closets but the price was right. Across the street was a large dept store and grocery so you can get anything you wanted. We stayed here because it was closer to Disney. The staff wasn't great at English, but what would you really expect, otherwise, it was an excellent in service. "

"Loved our one night stay here for DisneySea. Hotel is located right opposite of the subway station with food and grocery located inside. The hotel provides all the needed amenities including hair ties!! So cool! Also provided transportation to and from Disney Parks. Highly recommend! "
