"I really enjoyed my stay at the renaissance hotel Harlem it was wonderful and very clean and modern my room was very clean and comfortable and a decent size room I enjoyed the view from my room I also enjoyed the music not so much the food I think the menu was limited I didn’t have much to choose from but I got the truffle fried chicken it tasted burnt and was really greasy it gave me a terrible heart burn other than that I enjoyed everything else I am definitely going back there "

"The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The Hotel as a whole was very nice. Front desk service was excellent. The only issue we had was with their restaurant. it took quite a while for us to get what we ordered, and some of the staff appeared to be an experienced and forgetting things like utensils and water and part of an entrée. A manager came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and explained that next year I suppose early next year they will be revamping the hotel and...

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."
