Chachoengsao 4 Stars Hotels

"I had a 16-hour layover in Bangkok from London. I was thinking of booking the Novotel but found this hotel instead. I chose this over the other because of its modern interior design and complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the airport (without traffic). I used the complimentary shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel. However, due to heavy traffic, it took around 25 minutes to reach the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel around 7 PM, check-in was smooth and quick at the reception. My room was on the 7th floor. It was sleek, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Slippers were provided. However, bathrobes were missing. The bathroom amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, were luxurious. Room service was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing! I really wish I had more time at this hotel to try out other restaurants. The buffet breakfast in the morning was heavenly! I didn't use the complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning because I wanted to enjoy my breakfast longer. Instead, I ordered a taxi via Grab, which cost me around £5. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I am very happy with my stay and will definitely use this hotel again if I have a long layover. (The complimentary airport shuttle runs every hour.)"
