"Check in was great. This is my first time at a DoubleTree and the cookie was a nice touch. The first room we were assigned was dusty and the outlets didn’t work. We requested a new room and the front desk person was extremely apologetic. He gave us two days worth of breakfast for free at the restaurant ($18x 5 people x 2 days). "The Westin had the best costumer services, they were very kind to me and my son while we stayed. The Westin is under construction mostly on the first floor it was not noisy but the restaurant and dining area was as not a nice as it usually is. But the costumer services made up for it and the food was very good. I highly recommend the Westin because you don't get great costumer service anymore. "

"Check-in was a breeze and we were allowed to check-in early which was appreciated after a red-eye flight. The lobby is nice, airy and plenty of seating available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was on a high floor which we appreciated. The room itself was clean, bed was comfortable to sleep in. Well maintained, well-managed hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would return again. Thank you."
