“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“From the moment we were greeted at check in to checking out we had a lovely experience. Driving up the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, I didnt catch their names but the two ladies on check in were lovely, friendly, chatty and very welcoming. We’re clearly told about the bar, restaurant, other facilities and how to get to our room. Everywhere was really clean and in the lift up to the room we noticed there was a scan barcode we could use to book our support……
