"The hotel is very close to time square. The staff is very friendly the only thing is that some rooms are very small. "

"The room was small and very tight with a king size bed and an oversized chair in the corner, that made it hard to access one side of the bed. The bathroom was very small as well but managable. Both the room and bathroom were up to date and very clean. The mirrored surfaces helped to make the small space a little brighter and all were nicely polished. The bedding was clean and very comfortable as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy so didn't have much interaction with the staff. But...

"Went to Madison Square Garden for a concert and stayed here for the night with a view. The rooms are small and do not have a fridge but we were in NYC. The room was nice and the hotel staff was great."
