"Excellent location. Good service provided by all staffs. Special mention/thanks to Mitsuki-san, a very kind lady staff at the front desk who helped us to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel at Tokyo, very polite and patient even though we asked a lot of questions. Didn’t hear noise from our rooms from level 12/15 even tho this area seem rather lively. We will likely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Sapporo."

"I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it....
