Its location right across the street from Kyoto Station makes it incredibly convenient for getting around, and it's next door to a mall with a wide variety of shops and food options. The rooms are a good size, offering comfort after a day of exploring. It's the perfect base for sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"This is a modern japanese hotel with a public bath and spa. The vibe and the design of the lobby restaurant and amenities are an expression of modern kyoto. The rooms are minimalistic but sufficient and intimate. Walking distance to major locations such as Kiyumizu-dera, Kodai-ji temple,Hokanji temple, Sannenzaka , ninenzaka, and a stop away from Kyoto Station. I felt like the place is young fresh and got more value than what I paid for. The buffet breakfast got practical selection but quality fare. I recommend this place for the stylish budget conscious traveller"

"We loved our stay here! Definitely want to return to stay at this onsen. We were greeted at check in with a sweet gift for our honeymoon it was so thoughtful! We loved arashiyama and the convenience of how walkable our hotel was to both stations and the town. The beds are so comfortable the room we stayed in was spacious. We loved how traditional this hotel was tatami mat floors and all. The best part was the onsens, we both have tattoos and loved that they had 5 different private onsens to choose from. In the evening dinner-10pm it stayed pretty busy so we opted for early morning soaks and all were empty between 5-7am. Perfect way to start our day. 10/10 stay at this hotel when we come back to kyoto we plan to stay here again! "
