"Overall we had a great experience and would return. The hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym were very enjoyable and relaxing. Room on 27th floor was very well appointed, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Our room was not cleaned on the second day, but upon request they took care of it right away. Our bill included movie charge and long-distance phone call charge, neither of them were services we utilized. Charges were removed when brought to their attention. "

Top floor pool was a hit with the kids. Destination fees are always annoying but this had great value with credits to in building Starbucks or dining/bar. Great friendly service. I would love to stay here again. We felt spoiled. "
