"Beautiful castle and surrounding, although room update is required. Carpets and furniture worn out. A tiny TV in the biggest room of the castle(Prince of Wales), need atleast 55 inch smart tv for the suxe of the room. Staff were lovely and polite. Altogether lovely castle hotel apart from the some renovation and changes which are needed."

"Great location, friendly staff, large family room which was clean. Breakfast choice was good and great value in terms of cost. The only thing that let it down for us what at breakfast on the second morning, we ordered the avocado on toast again but the toast was really burnt. Very disappointing to think it was served rather than just cooking a couple more bits of toast. Other than that a really good place to stay!"

"The staff were very courteous and very helpful. It was so stressful trying to find parking . The actual accomodation was clean and warm..good selection of drinks in room. We put a do not disturb sign only staying 2 nights and didnt want housekeeping but they ignored that and came in.. Breakfast was excellent .. Overall a nice stay..exceptional friendly staff .."
