“The used water in the shower area goes out very slow. I once thought the drain point was blocked. Please fix the drain point and the shower area.”

“我才住2樓，但是網路真的很不優，網頁一直轉圈圈……是目前住過網路最弱的。建議網路卡一定要多買一點流量。飯店位置很棒，懶的走路可以搭Tram2,12,17 就到飯店前。附近餐廳走路一分鐘有荷蘭菜，日式拉麵，義大利千層麵，都很美味。房間除了小了點，是乾淨的。服務人員態度也都很友善。如果還有機會來阿姆斯特丹，一定會回來住。”

“住宿條件不錯，雖然房間裡沒有熱水壺，但一樓大廳供應咖啡、熱水、茶包，也是不錯。有免費的機場接駁車，就過境旅館而言，算是不錯。”

“As expected, it is a hotel which could fulfill your basic needs of a stay. My room has been upgraded to a four people room with windows at 3rd floor and two more single beds, which is obviously too much but a more spacial environment. The room come with a coffee machine but without a kettle. For one person stay it's not the best but still a comfortable choice. One thing to improve is not not set two single beds as one queen bed...It's hard to sleep on the edges of two bed so I could only sleep……

“The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.”

“-the room is small which is barely enough for one person -the best is the air conditioning. -the city tax should be included in the hotel room price during the reservation. I was quite unhappy about it. -concenient location - I like the view from my room - the light is too dim in the bathroom ”
