"Near to the highway, good for self drive to various areas"

Walkable to multiple shopping, night clubs, restaurants, eateries, Don quijote is literally right in front of the building. The building is even attached to the little shopping mall if you don't want to step outside the cold. Room is a bit "small" for American's standards but perfectly for Japanese's standards.
