The temp in the house was in the 80s and they promised fans but that took two days to get. There were bugs and cobwebs, nails sticking out of porch and non existent WiFi. Management only cares about money and not customers or condition of unit. They have since changed their listing but refusing to compensate us even though we left as soon as we could find...

"Not a lot of options here, but the Majestic is grossly overpriced so the Lodge is your only option for a traditional hotel experience. Staff is hit or miss - some were great, some were very disinterested. Restaurant was decent but again, great busboy, lousy waitress. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. Location is excellent for access to Valley activities."

"This property has WiFi, which I would rather not have. Because everyone was so addicted to their phones in the city already, I would prefer not to have WiFi and be cell phone free for a couple days. "
