"It was extremely cold in the room and the thermostat didn’t seem to work, so I just turned it off. Cold most of the night. The hotel was very hard to find, there should be instructions on the main page of how to get there. There were plenty of bars I had to walk through during there prime time to find the place. A few bouncers were nice enough to navigate us to the small door for the hotel. I was traveling with an 11 year old child."

"The location is the reason I stay here. I stayed twice (two weeks a part). The first week, the front desk person (a male) was so cold, but he did not did anything offensive, just no personality and do not care whatsoever. The second time was a female, she was very polite and pleasant. The place is clean. From the hotel to the airport, it took me only 45 minutes by train. Around the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and stores. "
