"the hotel is located close to the main railways station and you can easily reach the centre with the tram D. We liked the building: new, modern and functional. We didnt like the fact that the receptionist asked us 15 euro for an early check-in (at about 12 am), we just wanted to leave our luggage. In any case, they put our luggage in a store facility. The room was nice but not cleaned properly, there were hair on the sink and shower. The heating worked poorly."

"Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem. Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming....

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect; just a short walk from the train station and about 20 minutes to Stephansplatz, making it easy to explore the city.
