"I don't mean it is unsafe, but the area around, because of just across the road from the Brussels Midi station, especially just outside the property, is creepy. There are always some people of dark skin hanging around, which made you exiting and entering the property feel uncomfortable. However, it is very convenient for travelers in terms of transportation, eating."

"Air conditioning was not working when we came and there was no technician to sort it out and no other room available so we ended up sleeping with windows open but we can hear the noise from cars and trains outside. To compensate for this, they offered us free breakfast for our stay. Also, a part of the shower door was missing so we just used a towel to cover it. Location was great if you will be using public transport. Overall our stay was good. "

"Comfortable area not the greatest due to a shelter a few block down,in reality we never felt unsafe but excellent location 10 minutes walks to international train station , 15 minutes walk to the center of brussels. Great vibe and good buffet breakfast "

"I'm vacating my apartment in mons so have been staying at a number of local hotels. Stayed in room 113 for a week. My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an excellent stay, free coffee downstairs 24/7 and a room with a bath. We didn't bother with breakfast as plenty of shops/cafes in Mons. Very comfortable bed, i slept very well. Would recommend the B&B...
