"This is the former Robert E Lee hotel, which is what it still says above the door, making it a bit hard to find. The staff is friendly and the lobby is pretty. The rooms are a bit worse for wear — brown carpet on the floor and felt a bit in need to renovation. But the bathroom was redone very nicely and the room was clean. Very convenient to W&L and all the shops downtown. "

Front office staff was pleasant and accommodating both times (It was the same woman both times...I just can't remember her name. ) If you are going to stay here, you so need to bring a hair dryer, conditioner (shampoo is provided), creamer( if you don't like French vanilla)"

"This was a very unique hotel in that it used to be a coffee shop and has now been converted to a small hotel. The upstairs apartment is divine. Loved the furnishings and decor. And the downstairs with the bar/coffee area is so fun. It is a wonderful concept and you will definitely enjoy your stay here. Bed and pillows are comfy, self check in is a breeze, and you’ll feel like a store owner during your stay. It’s absolutely the definition of Extraordinary!"
