"Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Amazing reaction from the front desk: What do you expect, this is normal in a mountain area!!! Otherwise, rooms are mediocre, old, small and overpriced. Definitely not a 3 stars, barely an overpriced one star hotel."

"One night there. Receptionist was good. A woman very nice. Also next morning the gentleman servicing breakfast too. The not so good is the swimming pool that room was not warm and water not so hot especially when outside was snowing. The dinner was the other thing. Food was good and portions were great but the maitre or waiter was not very helpful at all."

"Although not particularly close to restaurants the location worked really well for us. The accommodation we were in (1bed family/sleep6) was slightly smaller than the ones in the photos but ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers prepared to use a bunk bed in a room that was not technically a bedroom, probably due to it’s size, but worked well for us.
