"Only complaints were lack of parking and/or door access on the sides and back, had to walk all the way around to the front, no big deal except it was raining. Also, our room had only A/C no heat, it was freezing cold, BUT the front desk gave us a portable heater during our stay. Otherwise very nice, great access, friendly staff, we would stay there again."

"We stayed here for the same reason everyone does- proximity to the stadium. This hotel could use a refresh. That said- they were packed this weekend, and handled all the guests. Breakfast was stocked and warm. Our room had an issue with the A/C. I politely informed the front desk, and they had someone there within 15 minutes that took care of it. The parking lot is a strange maze and in disrepair. But I would stay here again, just for the stadium. They did have lots of issues with the...

"Had a great stay. My only issue is that my neighbors were loud at times, and each time someone nearby would shut their door it would shake my own door, making me feel like someone was entering my room. "

"The only thing i did not like was that on the morning of check out our key card stopped working for the garage and elevators at 10am and check out was at 12pm"

"Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room. Not great water pressure..the room was very very warm but thankfully the window was able to open so we could let some cool air in. Overall, a nice stay :)"
