「Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. 「The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach. Quiet and safe area. Room was very small, but perfect for me and my daughter. I appreciated the ability to use their washer and dryer, which is located just outside of the office. No one likes to pack a suitcase with sand everywhere. Thanks to the mgr who came through with the quarters!!」

「Nice location and staff was excellent and friendly. Disappointed pool was down “until further notice” and that was not communicated before arrival. One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. 」

「The place was exactly the right size for two couples. We had a great time. The location is perfect and you can walk to St. John’s Pass for restaurants and shopping. The area is still recovering from the hurricane, but they had the pool, hot tub and cafe open and made a makeshift bar area. 」
