"Phenomenol service! I am so grateful- on our last day we lost cell phone in a taxi. We do not speak mandarin and the concierge and front desk were able to retrieve the phone from a taxi/uber. I highly recommend their facility. I like the modern looking rooms. Top notch service- everyone greeted us daily from the front desk to the bell boy. There was also an easy self check in and check out counter. We will return and stay again. "

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

The head lady in charge of greeting and assisting with be breakfast, Miss Chen, was especially great in her cheerful, friendly and helpful manner. The bathrooms could have used an extra roll of toilet paper (only one roll was provided for two guests) as well as some hand soap at the sink. "

"Great location with excellent food 24 hours. Different food trucks come to the hotel front door every day. Less than 100 steps to metro station. Room is old with average clean. Carpet could be replaced in the rooms. We have 3 rooms staying. We request room cleaning daily but one of the room was not clean daily. "

We rented a windowed room but the only view you will see a wall and plants and the windows do not open to the outside.
